Media Release: Renmark Real Estate is hot property

Business is good in Renmark. Locals are upbeat about the town’s future.

Riding on the back of national real estate trends, Renmark has experienced a 56% change over the last 5 years. The median domestic house price was $355,000.00 in April 2024. Forecasts are for this to increase to $544,000.00 by 2029.

The Renmark Council’s new Riverfront Wharf infrastructure is set to revitalise and enhance the amenity and liveability of Renmark Paringa area. A new high school, hotel refurbishment, industry expansions, new roads, footpaths and other developments all boost Renmark’s living appeal.

Riverside Estate Director Jim Turner said, “you just need to drive around to observe the number and quality of recent homes built in Renmark. There is an increasingly positive vibe to the town”. He added, “it is on the strength of this outlook that the Directors of Riverside Estate have invested in a major expansion project at the retirement village”.

Civil works for up to 50 new home allotments are currently being prepared by local firm Scherer Contractors. Jim continued, “We are pleased to report that four of the twenty lots available in the first stage have been sold before completion of civil works. We encourage all visitors & locals to drive in and see the existing homes, the gardens, and the new expansion project for themselves. Talk to the residents.
